- For replacement, goods must be returned within 60 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with item number, buyer id, PayPal transaction id.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, exchanges.
- No returns will be accepted if item is damaged or missing accessories.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead on Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 7 days from delivered date.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
