- For replacement, goods must be returned within 60 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with item number, buyer id, PayPal transaction id.

- No returns will be accepted if item is damaged or missing accessories.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead on Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 7 days from delivered date.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- A refund will be issued if replacement is not available.
- Refunds will be determined by the purchase price of the product, shipping and handling is not refundable.
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
